A home inspection, on average, will save a homeowner $14,000! That’s an amazing ROI on for a Home Inspection that will cost $400 to $800. Also there has to be something said to have the peace of mind because we understand that the money spent by some is life changing money and we truly respect that.

Of course, you don’t have to but I always welcome buyers and sellers that want to attend. Sometimes it is best and easier to understand when a face to face conversation can be had about the items that are found. If you’re either unable or far away we also are glad to do Facetime, phone calls, text or send photos that will be in the report. The best opportunity is to show up near the end of the inspection so that you’re not waiting on us to complete your inspection. We are flexible and accomodate what is best for the owner of the report.

My goal is to always send as quickly as I can. I do nearly 90% of the report on-site. Most of the time, reports are sent within an hour of completion. We always ask to reserve the right to review something that is found before sending, if there is a need, which is uncommon.

Absolutely! We have found many defects on new construction. Many of these defects can help preserve your investment as well, which is our goal to help provide you with the data needed to make an educated decision.

We always use thermal imaging in our inspections and there is no additional charge for that service. Thermal imaging helps us provide a better inspection and can allow us to see defects the naked eye may not.
